The color of hope

It was a bright and sunny day, just like everyday else. The birds chirping in the distance, the gentle and soothing sounds of the wind blowing the trees and the gentle sound of the grasses dancing along side the lakes ripples. In the distance that gentle droning sound of the insects chirping, was soon overtaken by the distant sound of a jet streaking across the horizon into the future.

The office building waited patiently for the end of another day of work. Workers at their desks, typing away or talking on the phone. Bored, hungry for the weekend and longing for home. Everyone present was an epitome of society in the highest degree. Every single one a man or woman of the highest intelligence, shrewdness and power in the world.

Frequently and as time permitted tasks were carried out. The typing of reports, data processing or meetings. Many of these meetings were briefings on what was going on in the world, were reviews were carried out. What was going happening in other organizations, in other places and around the world.

A small group of men in the back of the room settled in to watch one such meeting. One such meeting was in preparation for the impending conference upon the conference in a matter of hours. A conference were the five of them would discuss the going ons and happenings in the world.

They were the leaders, the most powerful and influential. Each had risen in their own rights and were leaders of their organizations with the utmost power and control they could wish for, despite their agencies having utmost respect and admiration of each of them. Their organizations found the strength and power in their men and women to be quite extraordinary for their respective organizations and for being the organizations who held such respect and admiration.

Their organizations were the most influential forces in the world, almost all the world's military, industrial and economic structures were under their control. They had a stranglehold on every facet of life and power. But also, that was the exact reason for their admiration and respect. They were extraordinarily powerful and wise monoliths. Each of them an individual who had wisdom beyond normal, beyond any person one might find in most civilized societies of the world.

They had risen through the ranks of their respective organizations, and were instrumental in their rise throughout the ranks of their agencies, their agencies were considered nearly as influential and as superior in their fields as the organizations they held. Their agencies operated outside of the world's governments, and were not... 'weighed in their own scale'. Having the attitude and power to carry forth the affairs of the world without faltering.

They were all equally desired, equally respected and equally feared. And that's because they were entirely, utterly and completely united in their viewpoints and sympathies. They all held similar views, viewpoints and sympathies. They were entirely unified with the beliefs and views.

It was truly a marvel how they were able to achieve the forms of influence and control they had. They were able to wield their power and influence over their efforts in their organizations and accomplishing their objectives with no difficulties whatsoever. Despite having agents and sub-agents stuck to their systems, in every aspect and in every way they could possibly be. In every possible aspect of their lives both before and after they achieved their position with their respective organizations. And during their rise to their existence.

They were known for their level of power that was rivaled only by God himself. At times, they were also treated as Gods. When in fact, they were no different than any man, woman or child in the world with the exception that they were more powerful and had more control. They exercised their power and control with the utmost ruthlessness, efficiency and swiftness. Their views and beliefs not at all held in tune with those they had been raised by and in the early years of their lives.

But later... later, they strayed from their beliefs and philosophies. It was not an easy thing to do, but it was a task that was necessary.
