The world's largest social media website, British Daily Independent, is making a device that can be seen by users at home and can listen to them.
The portal named 'Portal' will have a camera and the device can identify different user types. Through it, it will be able to communicate with various people through their facebook accounts and give them login access without giving them login information.
It has a 15-inch touchscreen and will have a variety of microphones.
Currently the device is under construction. It is expected that its announcement will be announced in the Facebook developer conference in May this year. Facebook's secret hardware division 'Building 8' is making this device.
It is believed that it will compete with American e-commerce giant Amjon's voice-controlled Speaker Echo.
