Happy friday.Hope you all are doing well and enjoying the life.Today i am gonna share a Pakistani soup recipe with you guys.As i already told you guys that every dish including chinese food Pakistan give them desi touch and add some spices.Although i didn't made it home.I went to Silver dragon here in Peshawar and even in summer they are offering it.So,i bought it because i love soup.But i used to make this soup at home in winter.So,lets get started
Recipe:
- First of all boil water in a pan and then add some pieces of chicken and salt in it and let the chicken boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Also add one or two pieces of garlic while boiling.
- Remove the pan ,shred the pieces of chicken and discard the bones.
- Now boil some water again in pan because while cooking the
chicken the water reduces). - Add cream of corn in a chicken ,mix well and boil them on a flame.
- Mix the corn flour in a boiled water to make a paste and make sure they are no lumps at the end.
- Now add the salt, Chinese salt, black pepper mix and add the corn flour mixture and keep the pasting stirring on a medium flame.
- Also add sauces in soup according to the taste.
7: Scramble the eggs on the soup slowly and keep stirring on medium flame. - Your soup is ready to serve.
9: serve hot.
