Ingredients
50 grams of pearl sago seed (1/2 pack)
1 pack of hunkwe flour
200 g sugar
700 ml of coconut milk
1 pandan leaves
A pinch of salt
Step
Cook the seeds of pearl sago until soft (tipsnya read in recipe porridge pearl) then drain
Mix 200 ml of coconut milk with hunkwe flour until dissolved and set aside, Cook 500 ml of coconut milk with sugar, pandan leaves and salt, until boiling, then put the hunkwe flour solution stir well until melupup
Enter the pearl seed then mix well, lift
Put it into a mold (I wear a rose mold) or a pan let it cool down.
