'Do not Relax' Before Women's Full Equality 'Sandberg'

Facebook's  Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg does not want to 'rest before'  until women will manage half of the world and institutions in the world.  Before World Women's Day, such remarks came from one of the top Silicon Valley officials who were women.

In  the US media CNBC report, Sandberg has said that in his own written  book 'Lin In', there are 35,000 support groups for women in 162  countries: Sandberg He said this in a Facebook post given in the fifth year of this book.

Sandberg said, "We need to change the balance of our power. The  discriminatory world will be a place where women will run half the  countries and institutions and men will run half of our houses. We will not rest until this is done. "The goal is still far away, he said in the post.

"In  2013, women were no closer to equality and we are still close to  equality - and this is even more true for women who are not white. In many cases - the number of women in dealing with wage  discrimination, congress or in managing countries or institutions -  improvements are in the highest growth. "

Sandberg's husband Dave Goldberg died in May 2015 in Trademelli accident. Goldberg  was a prominent figure in Silicon Valley and was the chief executive of  Survey Monkey, a cloud based online survey organization. Since then, he is celebrating his two sons alone, and continues to do his own job in Facebook.
