The biker mice escape from their home planet, Mars, for an ecological disaster caused by the Plutarkians to land forcibly in the city of Chicago and there they meet Charlene Charley Davidson, a mechanic of enchanting beauty. They also discover that their enemies also came to Earth to plunder and exploit their natural resources.

A Biker Mice from Mars video game was released by Konami for the Super NES in 1994.
The PAL version features extensive advertisements for Snickers candy bars.
Video games
In 2006, another Biker Mice from Mars video game was released based on the 2006 resurgence in Finland, Australia and the United Kingdom for the Nintendo DS and PlayStation 2 platforms. The game did not receive any significant positive ratings even though it was a great Sales success throughout Scandinavia.
In 2015, 9th Impact launched a Biker Mice from Mars mobile game for iOS and Android devices through the App Store and the Google Play Store. The game is divided into episodes, each with a different story that unfolds as the player completes the levels.
Commenting on the new game, creator series Rick Ungar said fans of Biker Mice would enjoy the quick jokes, classic phrases and irreverent satire that they would expect from the series, as well as the non-stop action.

Marvel Comics published a series of three issues in the early 1990s, a fourth problem was requested on the reader's page, Marvel UK published its own series, the entire American series and parts of the British series were published in Germany (also by Marvel UK) in 7 issues of the magazine between 1994 and 1995.
