Sowing Preparation Procedure!

Greetings Dear community!

The plants contribute to the beautification of the environment and integrate the diet of basic food. In order for them to develop, they need a series of treatments such as light, water, good soil and fertilizer. But even so you have to have a series of cares for your crop grow and give your best fruit.

The first thing that must be taken into consideration is the land where the planting is going to take place and take into account some aspects such as:

  • Size of the land

  • The type of soil and verify if it is fertile for planting

  • Protection against any animals

  • Climate (if it is cold or warm)

For the appropriate selection of the plants that you want to plant, you must study the environmental conditions that require: amount of water, light, type of soil and others.

Before starting the preparation of the terrain, the following tools should be kept in mind:

  • Hoes: Cut the herbs and remove the soil.
  • Peak: Serves to break the ground.
  • Rake: It is used to level the ground, disrupt clods and remove herbs
  • Shovel: Excavates and transports the earth.
  • bowie knife: Weeds and cuts the branches of the trees.

How to plant or sow the seeds?

  1. Clean the ground with the Rake.

  2. Remove the soil until it is loose and crumble it, allowing water and air to pass easily

  3. Crumble the clods that prevent the appearance of plants on the surface.

  4. It pays the land. You can use black earth, dry leaves, remains of sticks, coconut bar, organic fertilizer, among others.

  5. Level the ground to avoid waterlogging.

  6. Open holes or grooves in the soil to sow the seed, the holes should not be greater than twice the size of the seed.

  7. Place a seed in each hole, cover them with soil and press gently

  8. If it is about bushes, carefully place the roots of the plants in the open hole in the ground and press gently.

If you do not have an adequate space you can use containers made with different materials such as, for example, planter, wooden box, drawer, clay pot, anime and others, the important thing is that you contribute with a sowing.

Plant Maintenance

Plants get sick very often for many reasons: due to the excess of light, little or high humidity on the ground as in the air; lack or excess of nutritious substances; toxic elements present in the atmosphere; fungi, bacteria and viruses; parasites and pests.

To control the diseases of the silvers, it is necessary to know previously what is the origin, its cause and then apply the corrective treatment.

Diseases caused by fungus, bacteria or viruses, are not as easy to diagnose as those caused by pests, because you can not directly detect the cause or the signs are obvious.
