Supercivilisation vs Dark Age?

What happens when a chimp brain pretending to be a "journalist" from the BBC (Gov't-funded media) goes head-to-head with the smartest/fastest human brain on earth?

It's not a trick question...

Intellectual slaughter as one would expect. Blood everywhere. Elon's the kind of boss you don't want to try to BS with his science/engineering brain. It's a proven precision weapon. He will turn you inside out if you insult his enormous intellect.

Meanwhile, late-stage UK has a bad habit of producing regressed morons today & I can only apologise. Little wonder the nation is in such decline.

One guy builds incredible companies, technologies, ultimate goal being Mars thus the best of America/Civilisation etc, the other, spends his time reporting his feelings, telling everyone what he feels, why we should all feel what he feels, share his pain as a victim & whatnot. Part of a regressed limbic-driven cult, leading hypnotised chimp-troops to disaster.

This posits the ultimate philosophical question perhaps worthy of a PhD thesis in its own right...

Think of the evolution of 'Civilisations' & of 'Life' in general:-

Supercivilisation or Dark Age? So evolution, civilisation cycles, bumps along the way (Greece, Rome, modern West etc.)

Advanced consciousness or Single cells? So single cells, multi-cells, plants-to-animals, ocean-to-land, mammals, consciousness (hunter-gatherer bands to complex civilisations etc.)

Temperamental/intellectual progress isn't necessarily linear nor automatic. In fact, if you study enough history, you will quickly learn that things can go into reverse and stay in the doldrums for a very long time. Far beyond your own short lifetime spanning a few generations.

Most people do not have the ability to see beyond short-term cycles (i.e. those cycles that are obvious). Cycles of breathing over a few seconds, natural cycles of sleep, calendar cycles of weeks, months, years, cycles of seasons during the year. But they aren't at all familiar with any cycles that extends far beyond one human lifetime because they usually don’t know much history beyond what the establishment of the era has pointed them towards.

They only see the world as being flat & static with nothing changing much. The earth looks flat but it's round. The earth looks & feels still but it's spinning & hurtling around this massive ball of fire at high speed & because people don’t think about cycles, they don’t think about curves either. They live on a kind of Flatland, except rather than being flat as in the sense of two-dimensional, it's flat as in the sense of a curve with zero-derivative.

Hopefully, you can now see clearly the (Tony) stark difference intellectually between the society we want & the society we don't want at an atomised level. If there was a civilisational ratings agency similar to say Moody's, S&P or Fitch, Britain would be downgraded to junk status. We can do so much better.
