How dysfunctional is the Romanian economy when the price of such a staple as cow milk gets "inverted": Romanian semi-skimmed milk cost MORE (8,99 lei, or ~ 1.8€ / liter) in Romania than semi-skimmed milk IMPORTED from Belgium (5,99 lei or about 1,2€/liter) ???
This is Bucharest, where income per capita is about 25k€ / year, or about the same level as Madrid, but still some way from Brussels.
