Government destroys what it does not steal outright

"[The State]...distorts markets, stifles competition, discourages innovation, and through manipulation of the money supply and debt, siphons the lion's share of wealth into the pockets of a tiny group of central banking families, while destroying a good portion of the wealth that it doesn't steal."

Politics corrupts society to the core, transforming free markets into cronyism, charity into extortion, churches into houses of worship for the State, and security into tyranny. Intellectual property laws and regulation are sold to the public as protection for the "little guy" while megacorporations exploit political power for their own benefit. Remember, they are products of the State, not the market.
