Healthy and economical food

Eating well is a matter that all of us must follow. Whenever a good diet comes to mind, we immediately think of expensive food. It's true that quality is expensive, but it doesn't have to be that way and we can feed ourselves with little money and follow a fairly balanced diet. What we'll just need is a little more ingenuity.

The simplest and most natural foods are the ones that will come out much cheaper in the long run. It is true that because of the rush and lack of time we have in our daily lives, we tend to resort to ready-made food.

Legumes as a totally healthy and very economical food. The legumes offer a wide variety of alternatives among which we want to highlight the lentils, chickpeas, beans.
Pasta is another healthy and economical food, especially if it is integral, as it will provide us with complex carbohydrates that the body will take advantage of much better, keeping our energy deposits full throughout the day.
Rice is a healthy, energetic and economical food. As with pasta, rice is much better consumed whole grain to optimize the energy intake.
