McCulloch Pro Mac 610, Replace Oil line, Oil Tank, Ignition Module

McCulloch Pro Mac 610, Replace Oil line, Oil Tank, Ignition Module.
This is a how-to on replacing the oil line on the McCulloch Pro Mac 610, 650, which requires you to remove the oil tank. Typically the oil lines don't break as easy as the gas lines that use ethanol fuel. But I found the gas line needed to be changed anyway because the gas line was also brittle. I am also showing where the ignition module is and the setting for the ignition module is .010 inch for the gap between the module and the magnets. I also showed a close-up the saw after it was apart and cleaned so you can see how many of the parts go together. The studs for tightening the bar are pressed into the oil tank and those studs can be changed if the threads are stripped. Also you can see how to remove and replace the gas tank. Overall, maintenance and repair and replacing parts on the McCulloch Pro Mac 610 is fairly easy and parts are easy to find even though this chainsaw has been out of production for a while. These were the last of the good McCulloch chainsaws and the parts were Made in the USA, unlike today's chainsaws.
This is also a good video overview of how much of the McCulloch Pro Mac 610 and similar chainsaws is assembled.
