Continuing with the theme of painting mountains, in this video I will shown you how to paint this mountain landscape painting which I created in my studio.
This tutorial takes you through 5 Steps towards creating a mountain painting that includes:
- Composition
- Blocking in the painting
- Building up the detail
- Refining the painting
- Final details
This mountain landscape is inspired by Mt Talbot and Mt Crosscut which is located in Fiordland National Park, New Zealand.
This art work was painted using oils but you could also paint this in acrylics too.
