14 days fit challenge !


I start a challenge on Monday 01.07.2019.

I am too fat. I must lost few kilogrammes. So I do a diet - 2000 kcal only

175g - protein
80g - fat
147g - carbo

First seven days I will do a intermittent fasting diet.

7 next days I will eat 5 meals in day.

I will do a video tomorrow about this.
