A Hand Symbol Representing The Conqueror's Team

It's important to have a symbol for any organization or team. Most times the symbol speaks more of the team than other forms of advertisement. The conqueror team in the dreemport's newbies marathon came up with a hand sign that should represent the team and we named it Dependence. Looking at jungle life, we realized animals that walk in packs or groups always become victorious. One lion doesn't bring down an elephant, it takes 2-3 male lions to do so and more for the female lions irrespective of their strength and so, need depend on one another to grow to the top or conquer. Two are better than one and that's where the idea of our symbol, "Dependence" comes from.

One of my team members @emreal had suggested a few symbols and one of them was a "nope". The sign is overused and was already taken off from the signs to be used by any team.

Finally, we got the one that ideally represents dependence. A pointer that we need each other to run this race to the finish. No man can do it alone, we need one another through this journey. The image below shows one hand resting on another and if more hands are combined on top of another, you would notice growth. That's how a building is laid, one block upon another until it gets to a height that can comfort people.

The dependence Symbol

Finally, this is the symbol for the Conqueror's Team. It represents dependence. Yeah! We need each other to run to the final point and we need each other to grow. The hand resting on the other one shows it depends on it to be elevated. We shall be working with this team's symbol, depending on each other and never letting anyone behind as we grow and run the race together.

A thousand can run 1 mile but two thousand can run 10 miles, and that's the spirit of dependency.

My team members are @danladi @emreal @apexvoyage @kristowe and @dwixer and we need each other to survive.
