Prologue: This lady remembered only one episode from her dream, and through a discussion, we found the connection to her reality. Hopefully, a release could take place to change the reality that she and her husband experienced.

The dream
I had a dream where there was a lot of water. The water flowed from the toilet after I got something stuck inside the toilet. The water themselves was clean and clear and filled all over the house ... What could that be?
Water in a dream can symbolize many things (emotions, spiritual depth, abundance, blockage, etc.). Tell me more about yourself and the circumstances of your life.
I am 34 years old, married + 2, working and satisfied with my life. My husband has been searching for a job for over two years, currently working at a job he is not happy with and looking for another at the same time. Last Thursday he was in a job interview that he liked very much. I am holding my fingers crossed for a positive answer. Is there a connection in the dream to our reality today?
Since the subject of employment is something that preoccupies your thoughts, it is tempting to say that the water in your case symbolizes a material abundance that is on the way to you if only a certain blockage is removed. The point is that in my experience, usually, material abundance has more tangible symbols in a dream, so the water probably refers to something else.

Of course, there is something stuck, otherwise you would not need to release the stuck toilet. The dream takes place in the bathroom in order to hint that the blockage is connected to a private place; you probably have a mental place within that you do not like to examine, to dig into, to look at and to see. It's something that only you can know what it is. For instance, if there's a problem you're repressing, something you ignore but stays in the background, an issue in some unresolved relationship. The dream says that as soon as this obstruction is released, a massive purification of the entire personality (= your home) will take place. And something else - you do not always have to do something to clean yourself up. Sometimes the dream only reflects an internal process that occurs naturally already. It just has to be allowed to happen. But again, this is something you can surely know from examining the reality of your life.
I am trying to think of something I need to "dig for" and cannot find what it could be. My relationship with my husband is very good, very loving, we are very good friends and getting along very well. The children are charming and I enjoy them; we do many things together, trips and just hanging out at home. My husband's lack of a job is the only thing right now in my life that bothers us. It bothers him very much and he really wants to change it. He was in many job interviews, some were irrelevant and others did not return an answer. It bothers me greatly that my husband is stuck in this situation and I am very sad for him because he does not deserve it. He finally deserves to be happy with what he does.
Beyond that, everything is really good with us.
So that's exactly the point, the root of the problem! Ask yourself - why does it bother you that he is out of work? Why are you sad about him? How do you think your sadness and your thoughts affect him? I can give you the answers but it is very, very, very important that you try to find out for yourself by yourself because once you clear out the mental heaviness, the reality will shift.
And this may be exactly the purpose of your dream.
