These are my favourite, succulent and moist grilled prawns recipe.Prawns are wonderful when grilled, taking no more than 5 minutes to cook. Select large, raw prawns for grilling, as these will stand up to the heat and can be skewered and turned easily during cooking. You can marinate the prawns prior to cooking, this will add more flavour. You can serve them with salad, potatoes, and bread, or eat them on its own with chilli sauce. Enjoy
Ingredients
2-3 kg of prawns
150 ml of white wine
50 ml of olive oil
2-3 minced garlic cloves
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 lemon cut and squeezed
1-2 tbsp of honey
