CELERY + BROCCOLI + GROUND PORK + OLIVE OIL = PERFECT FOR BODY CLEANSING
According to draxe.com the benefits of celery — not to mention celery seed — begin with it being an excellent source of antioxidants and beneficial enzymes, in addition to vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin B6.
According to healthyeating.org
Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fiber.
