I run my own design agency, and I wanted to simply share my web design questionnaire that goes over questions that any client should think about. This also helps with figuring out the potential cost and quote.
The questionnaire is a compilation of statements and questions compiled over past 10 years of web designing as well as from various other questionnaires I've come across from other designers and agencies.
