Hi steemit friends! Today, I cooked Fried Bangus for our dinner since there was milkfish left in our fridge.
Personally, this dish is one of my favorite dish and is very easy to cook.
Bangus or Milkfish is abundant in many provinces in our country and is widely available in many regional dishes. It is quite bony but it is a healthy source of protein and Omega3 and less in fat.
