When people think about Japanese cuisine, the first things that come to mind may be sushi or ramen, but there are so many different foods to try in Japan. Yakiniku, or Japanese grilled meat, is a must-experience restaurant style in Japan.
ろぐ亭本店 is the best Yakiniku Restaurant I have ever tried in my recent trip to Japan. Although the location of this restaurant is not very convenient, the quality of meet and warmhearted service are definitely worth the time and money. The well marbled wagyu is to die for. It was so tender and juicy it melted into my mouth. The sesame sauce for dipping the beef in was a perfect complement.
住在輕井澤的一個晚上，晚餐我們選擇了這家在中輕井澤很有名氣的日式燒肉店「ろぐ亭本店」。
雖然它的交通位置不太方便，不過因為性價比很高，所以很受歡迎。不得不說ろぐ亭非常講究肉的品質，看看大理石般的油花，真的超漂亮的，每一種都入口即化，多汁嫩滑。
除了口味超棒之外，還能感受到店家親切熱情的服務，是讓人覺得很有親切感小店。
