Our province Pangasinan, is known to have the best taste of Bangus or milk fish in the country. Particularly, the Bonuan Bangus, which happened that we are accessible in buying those bangus even in our local markets.
There are lots of bangus dishes we can create in our own bangus. Also I think all restaurants in our province served their own authentic version of Sizzling Bangus. But for me, this restaurant served the best sizzling bangus I ever tasted. Maybe because of their tartar sauce. This is also their best seller menu and really a must try.
