I'm going on with weekly pizza experiments. This time I prepared it half with some ingredients and half with others to have two choices.
I prepared the dough using my homemade mother yeast and let the dough rise for 6 hours. The I rolled it and let it rise for an additional hour.
As topping, I put on the first half olive oil, Fontina cheese, leeks and mortadella. I seasoned the other half with tomato sauce, sausage and gorgonzola cheese, which is an Italian cheese similar to blue cheese, but more creamy.
