Just want to take a quick moment out to thank all of our delegators thus far. This initiative has been an amazing success thus far. In just under 3 weeks, @supdork's initiative has brought in over 5400 in delegated Steem Power to put towards "dorky" curation efforts here on the Steem blockchain. Our goal for this first step is to hit 10k SP before moving onto phase 2 of the plan. I'll tell ya a bit about that once we start that phase and kick it into gear. We also have a pledge for a lovely chunk of SP from a specific awesome user as well to put towards our initiative and that will make us that much stronger!!!
Can't wait for that to help us grow!
In the meantime, take note that nearly all of the delegated SP thus far is from brand new users who are being introduced to not only the world of Steem, but in most cases cryptocurrency as a whole. It's a great way for new investors to slowly dip their toes into the waters and see what it is about. The other hope is that some of these new accounts start to utilize and take advantage of the unique opportunity that Steemit and the Steem Blockchain provides. One step at a time...
