Human Spot Light SERIES INTRO
One of the things I am trying to do with the Badge of Originality and Human Certified Original Works is to shine a spotlight on some of the truly interesting and creative posting that is going on right under our noses sometimes. To further this mission I am introducing a new series - the Human Spot Light. We are kicking off with a bang, as our series introductory post is a double feature.
This series will not follow a strict schedule and is certainly not likely to be weekly.

- I need advice on what is the most effective and ethical way to spend the SBD generated by Human Spot Light posting to promote future posting of the featured users. In this particular case I will use the liquid SBD payout from this post to promote an episode of (or possibly spread it out to support multiple episodes of) the JUJU GUM CONSPIRACY. I am opposed to vote buying / bid bots as a general matter of principle but might be willing to go this route if it is clearly the best way to promote this post. I am perfectly willing to use the Promote feature to burn SBD but wonder if converting to STEEM on internal market wouldn't be better first? I have no experience with promoting posts in this matter. Please give me your advice! How can I use the earnings of this post best to promote future episodes of The JUJU GUM CONSPIRACY?

I met @juliakponsford very early in my Steem tenure when I joined PAL, the MSP (Minnow Support Project) chat on Discord. PAL stands for Peace, Abundance and Liberty. I can get behind that.
I love Julia and her creative posting - original art, music, "and more", please visit her blog! Julia may be best known now for her #artexplosion weekly contest, in its 22nd Week currently and about to enter its 23rd in the week to come. I have personally participated in this contest several times and always love browsing the awesome Steem creativity displayed in the submissions.

@vachemorte, ooh la vache, what to say. I have participated in #openmic quite a few times, and @vachemorte is a regular participant as well; I believe we first interacted in the comments there but again we chatted on Discord/ PAL, but mostly I think we are both just mutual fans of each other's posting so we have spent a lot of time chatting in comments of posts and engaging in collaborations and just having fun on Steem.

Starting this coming Monday (early AM Tuesday for UTC time zone), The JUJU GUM CONSPIRACY will be released as a 14 episode series, with one episode released daily at the same time, same bat ( @vachemorte) channel.
Why should you support The JUJU GUM CONSPIRACY?
Well if you need a reason beyond supporting awesome, original to Steem posting by awesome people like @juliakponsford and @vachemorte, consider the following:
- This feature film was promoted to film distributors, sales agents, media, etc., as an example of a potential new paradigm in independent film - the release on Steem blockchain to earn compensation, gain exposure and generate publicity while retaining all rights for future distribution.
- If this little experiment ends up grossing a substantial sum it will surely be noticed not just in indie film circles, but also by the major Hollywood studios. This story could easily be picked up by national and international news outlets.
- This is our chance to have something truly interesting, creative, and GOOD FOR STEEM on the front trending page! Can we please, pretty please, make sure that this trends?
