The team and the advisory board doesn't have any big names from crypto space. However, they seem to have solid and long standing experience in software development, ERP/CRM area, business process development and engineering.

Green Lights
• Team has been working together for quite some time.
• Good brief pitching video in the London Blockchain week:
• Existing German company with a customer base and 20+ years experience in ERP/CRM

Red Flags
• This is a B2b system which may hurt the mass market adoption and interest from the general public
• Their whitepaper is a bit too technical. Not much financial and marketing analysis at whitepaper.
• Vision is too weak in terms of the actual planing and the market research: no financial, no marketing plan, no specific niche analyses etc.
• Website claims that there is a working solution, however the roadmap suggests that the pilot customer deployments are only planned for Q4 2018
• Token economic incentives are not clear - it is an utility token used for any actions on the platform, like deployment and running smart contracts, etc. Clients will be paying for so called "montly integration actions" with UBT, which means one shouldn't expect any price action until major adoption of Unibright.
