Mashallah, I am often asked about crypto by my brothers and sisters in Islam and I often have to educate us on some of the basics of crypto-currency because a significant portion of us are still living in ignorance or following the opinions of scholars whom are mis-informed.
On the plus side, many of our youth are well aware of of the benefits of crypto-currencies and have been able to improve their community, send money overseas, and make local purchases all with crypto!
Islam is like a blockchain going back to the prophets with each block confirming previous blocks with hardforks and softforks along the way.
It's too bad I haven't seen a HALALCOIN or such yet...
