Steemit Halloween Costume Contest!
What is it?
Do you love Halloween? Do you love getting dressed up? If so, you're in luck!! Steemit is hosting a costume contest to see which members of the Steemit community have the best costumes. There will be 5 categories with one winner for each:
- Scariest costume
- Funniest costume
- Most creative costume
- Sexiest costume
- Best couple costume
Not only is this going to be fun, but the winner of each category will also win 250 Steem from Steemit!
How do you Participate?
Participating is super easy and consists of doing only 4 things:
- Create a post like you always do
- Include the tag #costumecontest
- Include the category you wish to compete in (a costume can only be entered once!)
- Include at least one picture of you in your costume
When is it?
Submissions can begin NOW and will close at 11:59PM on November 1, 2016. In other words, you've only got 1 day after Halloween to get your submissions in!

EVERYBODY with a Steemit account

Why?
Because we like to have fun; and so do you.
Judging
Winners will decided based on voting from a panel of judges. We'll certainly be taking the popularity of each submission into consideration, so make sure that you're voting for and Resteeming your favorite costumes!
We hope to having judging done by the end of next week (November 4) but that will depend on just how many submissions we receive :)
