Ingredients:
• For the cake.
• 240 g of flour.
• 210 g of sugar.
• 06 eggs.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla.
• ½ teaspoon of baking powder.
For the filling:
• 250 ml of cream.
• 250 ml of pastry cream.
• 250 g of dark chocolate.
• 250 g of white chocolate.
• 250 g of manis.
• 100 ml of rum.
• 100 ml of white wine.
Preparation:
Separate the egg whites, in a bowl beat the whites until stiff, add the sugar little by little, followed by the yolks, and the vanilla finally add the flour in an enveloping way. Pour the prepared into a mold of 24 cm and bake for 45 minutes.
For the decorated and armed.
In a cup beat the cream until you get the sigh point, incorporate the pastry cream wrap around to get a diplomatic cream, then we proceed to cut the cake in three capable, we imbue the disc with a rum syrup with white wine, place them in an endless amount, followed by the diplomateque cream, so continue to form the cake completely, on top of the cake place a layer of cream to assemble and bring to refrigerate for 20 minutes, finally pour the white chocolate on top and dark chocolate, with a stick of height make small lines to form a flower in the cake, remove the endless and finally place manis around the cake and on the top make small shells with the diplomatic cream, take the dessert to the refrigerator before cutting, cut the cake and taste.
