INGREDIENTS
250 Grams Paneer -- Crumbled
Ginger Garlic paste -- 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Pepper powder -- 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped green chillies -- 2 number
Finely chopped onion -- half
Cornflour -- 2 tablespoons
Bread powder
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients in a bowl (except oil and bread powder) and mix them well.
- Divide the mixture into 10-13 equal portions and shape into rolls. Cut straight the sides.
- Roll the paneer fingers in the bread powder.Heat oil in a pan.Add Prepared paneer fingers to the oil and fry.Both sides should be fried in brown color evenly.
4.Take the fried paneer fingers to the kitchen paper.Serve hot with the ketchup or mayo.
