The first rebrand in 14 years

Pepsi has recently unveiled their new rebranding that comes after 14 years and it celebrates the anniversary and it comes as there is a new campaign circles that is working to promote their sugar free drink.

For the sugar free they've got a new recipe.

It doesn't look much different but you can be the judge of that.

Increasingly we see that a number of products and beverages are going sugar free. Why? Because consumers are voting with their dollars for sugar free.

The trend has been growing over the years, but regardless of the change for some there are still millions out there consuming and voting for plenty of sugar products and many who will still be well into the future.

American adults are estimated to consume tens of grams of sugar each day on average, about 70-77 grams daily or more.

Over the year it might be 57-60 pounds of sugar or more.

Over the last ten years there are many different sugar free varieties that have come to market, along with all of the flavored waters over the years that also compete, which have seen significant growth in their area as well.

Surveys from several years ago showed that a number of people were already looking to cut sugar and many Americans are trying to shop to avoid it, it only makes sense for big cola companies to move in this direction. Are they doing it better than the rest?

This will be the 125th anniversary for Pepsi and it is a company today that has its products sold in hundreds of countries around the world. It is among the most recognizable brands in the world.
