Introduction to this weeks page

This page is the second page about how Loretta became Loretta. The sign on the paper in the first frame is a valknut - a sign of the Norse God Odin.

The Irishman, Vincent, is probably more into Celtic mythology, but as you can see on page 38 he seems to be well educated in ancient literature and mythology, quoting obscure Arthurian poems, obviously knowing them by heart.

We also learn why Loretta is called Loretta. Vincent is fond of Monty Python's Flying Circus and has named Loretta after this scene in the feature film Life of Brian.

On page 51 we can see that Loretta's real name is Stanley Gaston just like Loretta in the sketch is called Stan.
