Hi Steemians: This is my entry in color of the day " yellow" sponsored by @kalemandra.
I choose banana because of the and the nutrients that we can get and the side effects as well. So fellow Steemians: always bear in mind that we should eat banana in moderate amount . This fruit is highly recommended by the doctor to athletes because of fibers that increase energy level and maintains stamina; while the side effects are drowsiness, allergic reaction and gaining weight.
