Every time God wants to bless or reward a man He sends him His word.
Gen 12:1-3
1 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Prov 24:13-14
13 My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: 14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.
Inside His word lie our rewards.
Inside His word lie our wages.
Inside His word lie our inheritances.
Acts 20:32
And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
God's word is the conveyor of God's blessings. The word is the driver of God's rewards.
The word is the carrier of God's blessings.
God's blessings undetachably accompany God's word.
Everywhere the word goes, the blessings follows. Everywhere the word is resident, the blessing is resident.
Psalm 105:17-21
17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant: 18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: 19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him. 20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. 21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:
It was God's word that made Joseph.
Behind Simon Peter's unprecedented business breakthrough was the word.
John 5:4-6
4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. 5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. 6 And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.Lazarus came forth from the grave on the platform of God's word.
Lazarus rose from the dead by the word.
John 11:43-44
43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
God's word is the written will of God that carries all of the inheritances He has reserved for His children.
If there's anywhere to search for the inheritances reserved for you, it's in the word.
That's why Jesus told Martha "you are too busy with many irrelevant activities, see Mary, she has chosen the most important activity which is sitting with the word.
John 10:39-42
39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word. 40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. 41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: 42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
It's therefore capitally important to study and be desperate for our word, focus for our word and dive at our word.
Don’t forget also that it's the right word or the word that is accurately relevant to your desires that produces maximally.
Job 6:25
How forcible are right words! but what doth your arguing reprove?
For instance, it would be out of place to use the word of financial prosperity for a situation where marital breakthrough is needed.
As you express your desperation for the right word as relevant to that confronting situation, I see God's blessings breaking forth on your life today and always.
Peace!
