There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.
Prov 11:24
There's great power for prosperity and abundance in liberality.
It is your liberality that defines the limit of God's blessings on your life.
Where a man's liberality ends is where God's blessings on his life ends.
How well you are blessed is determined by how far you are willing to go in blessing others.
2 Corinthians 9:6
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
Hear me folks!
I'm not talking about being rich, I'm talking about being blessed.
You can be rich and not be blessed but you can't be blessed and not be rich.
That somebody is rich does not mean he is blessed. (the rich fool in Luke 12:13-21).
But that somebody is blessed means he's rich.
I'm talking about having money with sound health, peace of mind and joy of heart.
I'm talking about having money with tangible, visible, touchable and undeniable impact both in the world and in God's kingdom.
Liberality is key to prosperity.
Prov 11:25
The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.
Abraham was a Liberal man and was very rich in cattle.
Gen 13:2
And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.
Job was a Liberal man and he was the greatest man in the east. Job 29:4-25/Job 1:3
We all need to know that whatever you give out to the Lord, His kingdom or to the poor is not lost.
Prov 19:17
He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
Whatever we give is an investment that guarantees utmost returns both in this world and in that to come.
Luk 6:38
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Consider liberality and you'll never regret it.
Peace!
