Commanding Fulfilment Of Prophecies By Faith

Every prophetic declaration has great potential for Fulfilment. Isaiah 55:11

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

However, not all prophetic declarations ever see the light of the day. Mark 4:4

And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

This is because every word of prophecy is always contended by the devil.

... and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

The devil is always against God's plan, God's people and God's purpose. He won't give up except by a fight. Psalms 66:3

Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

So without a spiritual warfare, fulfillment of prophecy is not in view. 1Tim 1:18

This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare.

But we have a most reliable weapon that puts the devil at bay any day. Ephesians 6:16

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

The shield of faith is a surefire weapon that guarantees living a triumphant life. 1 John 5:4

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

This is why it takes faith to command fulfillment of prophecies. Luke 1:45

And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

Faith deals with the contentions of the enemy, thereby securing fulfillment of prophecy in a grand style.
