Today's Sunday service message talks about praises.
Praises not intended for a job well done by people but praises for the Almighty one.
The scripture was taken from the book of Matthew. It says:
Matthew 21:15-16(KJV) And when the chief
priests and scribes saw the wonderful things
that he did, and the children crying in the tem-
ple, and saying,Hosanna to the son of David;
they were sore displeased, And said unto him,
Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith
unto them, yea;have ye never read, out of the
mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast per-
fected praise?
A true Christians knows no boundaries in serving God. The outward of serving can be manifested through praising and worshiping the creator. Praises gives us strength from God. If you have find a way to praise God, if you have find a way to dance to God, to jump for God, if you have find a way to shout hallelujah to God, if you have find a way to sing hosanna to God then you have the perfect praise.
Psalm 8:2 (KJV) Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies that thou mightest still the enemy and the avengers.
In a battle, the best strategy, the perfect technique and the secret plan to won is to praise God first.
Whatever your situation righ now, whatever trials and circumstances you are battling right now, when you can't sleep at night because of something you weary about, you can't change that, you can't do something about that. But if you praise God, God has something to do about your problem. God himself can change everything.
Whatever goes up there must something that comes down. When praises go up,blessings come down. When praise goes up,God comes down and will join us and will help us.
1Corinthians 6:20 (KJV) for ye are bought with
a price:therefore glorify God in your body, and
in your spirit, which are God's.
Again and again, we have nothing to give back to God. Only our praises.
Psalm 150:6 (KJV) Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
