Rich cinnamon roll

Greetings my friends

I bring in this day the recipe for a delicious cinnamon roll that more than one has to like.
"I can recommend it for breakfast or for a snack"

Ingredients:

For the mass:

  • ½ kilo of wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine

  • ½ tablespoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of yeast

  • Warm water

  • 1 egg

  • 5 or 6 tablespoons of sugar

For the filling:

  • Cinnamon powder (to taste)

  • Sugar

  • Butter

Preparation of the dough:

1- With the flour of wheat it realizes species of a volcano and it adds the 2 spoonfuls of margarine, yeast, lukewarm water, the egg and the spoonfuls of sugar.

2- By mixing, mix the ingredients well.

3- Sprinkle wheat flour in the counter, place the dough that you were kneading and with the help of a roller, stretch the dough in a rectangular shape.

4- Cinnamon mixture with sugar.

5- Once stretched in a rectangular shape, spread butter in it and add the cinnamon with sugar, sprinkling it all over your dough.

6- Proceed to roll in the form of a cylinder.

7- Cut into slices of approximately 2 and a half fingers in your measure.

8- Place on a tray with butter and flour, leaving them to rest for a few minutes, then put them in the oven for 30 or 40 minutes. and ready!
