Yields of 20 pieces
material
250 gr all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 egg
500 ml of water
A pinch of salt
Way:
Mix all ingredients, blend until smooth, let stand 1 hour.
Heat a Teflon pan with low heat without applying oil
Pour one spoonful of vegetable mixture, no need to shake
Cook until the top isn't sticky
Lift then put the filling
Fold and close the edges while pressing
Stuffing material:
Black sticky rice:
150 gr black sticky rice, wash, soak all night, drain
150 ml medium thickness coconut milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
WAY
Mix glutinous rice, coconut milk and salt. Cook over low heat until half cooked. Lift. Steam until cooked, remove from heat. When it is still hot, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir well, then chill it ready to use.
Unti Coconut:
100 gr dried grated coconut
100 gr sugar
150 ml medium thickness coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
HOW TO:
Boil coconut milk, sugar and salt then add the dried grated coconut, stir well, cook until it dries / slightly moist, remove from heat
