ENOKI FLY MEAT

Material :
2 packs of enoki mushrooms, cut the roots, wash thoroughly
125 gram beef slice
1/4 onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cm ginger, geprek
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar comb
1/4 tsp ground pepper
A pinch of salt
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolve with a little water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 leek, chopped
1 teaspoon roasted sesame
2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing

How to cook :

  1. Preheat teflon, give 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, cook enoki mushrooms until wilted, sprinkle a little salt, remove set aside
  2. With the remaining oil frying mushrooms, saute garlic and onions until fragrant, add beef slice and ginger, stir until it changes color. Give water, add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, brown sugar and sesame oil, taste correction. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
  3. Flush enoki mushrooms with stir-fried meat, serve with a sprinkling of sesame and chives.
