Hebrews 12:2
Second
Have a short prayer.
Lord I pray for this prayer group. May you lead me by your Holy Spirit as I put each scripture on so that it will bring honor and glory unto you. Bless those who read it and may your will be done in each life in Jesus mighty name Amen.
Third
Read your scripture for today from God’s Holy Word the Bible.
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God Hebrews 12:2.Thoughts. He drives where he looks, he drives where he looks!" That statement made by a disgruntled wife about her husband really spoke the truth. He invariably would turn the steering wheel in the direction he was looking. This principle is also true of each of us and our life: "Lives where she or he looks!" That's why it's important to fix our eyes on Jesus! Our life will follow where we look! Let's make sure that our gaze is on Jesus.
Fourth
Check your prayer list. Have a prayer list before you every morning and offer them up to God in PRAYER.
Fifth
Read the Prayer for today or just pray in your own words.
Almighty and holy God, without your grace and the gift of your salvation I could not approach you with confidence. Thank you for sending Jesus! Thank you for his life, his death, his resurrection, his exaltation and his intercession. I pledge this day to keep my eyes on him! Through his holy name I pray. Amen.
