Jamu Berenc Kencur
Ingredients:
3 tbsp of rice (soak overnight) drain
25 grams of kencur
1 segment turmeric (may be skip, I use for pale color)
1 segment of ginger
Red Sugar (sweet to taste)
A little salt
Sufficient water (I use 1 liter of water)
Sugar
Step:
Clean the kencur, turmeric, and ginger.
Boil water and brown sugar.
Blend all the rhizome and rice, give warm water.
Strain and extract the juice into a pot of brown sugar and stir well.
Add a little salt. Taste test. If it's not sweet, add sugar.
Serve warm.
