We constantly live a series of changes in which we can undergo some changes either by anxiety and stress, overwork or studies can be factors that affect our health that is why you need to release some of these things and take a break. Working hard brings a lot of exhaustion which over time is not healthy, but quite the opposite so we must take care of ourselves in a better way and think about everything that is good for us.
A few months ago I started to suffer from anxiety and stress things that I did not even realize until I began to notice unhealthy changes in my body such as the appearance of acne, hair loss which in my opinion was not healthy and above all things very worrying because I did not understand the reason of this situation and I went to doctors to understand what was happening and apparently everything was fine and that the reason was stress and anxiety.
I decided to take some time for myself, in which I would leave stress to anxiety aside, traveling always does well and more if you disconnect from things that treat you, sleeping at a better time always makes you well since you rest from a better way and this helps your body, eating healthy and drinking lots of water helps the whole body.
Choose a place where you feel good, and that you like to travel and that life is a little simpler also surround yourself with worthwhile people and do not bring worries to your life.
Always think about your well-being over things because it is healthy for things to be well and connect with you.
