Engaging in sport takes your mind from from pending issues also it make you strong mentally and physically.
Doing exercise reduces your chances of heart disease and stroke. Don't Just just go and watch athletes doing sports,try and engage in one like playing football or try out long tennis or swimming.
CAUTION
Don't over do it , no your limit and eat fruits and veggies this will improve your immune system.
