Do you have a side hustle?
According to Bankrate, those with side gigs are making almost an extra $10,000 a year. That's a lot of cash.
Want to get in on that, but don't know where to start?
I looked at data from the BLS, Salary.com, Glassdoor, and more to conjure up ten side hustles that you can do with a full-time job.
They're listed alphabetically.
1. Dog walking
Have a love for cute pooches? Dog walkers can make up to $51,800 a year according to Payscale.com.
Care to double up? Connect your pedometer with Bounts to earn rewards--or, if you're feeling charitable, check out Charity Miles, which has donated over $2.5M to charity from businesses sponsoring walkers by steps.
2. Graphic design
Got an eye for art? According to the Bureau of Labor Statics, design skills can earn $25 an hour on average.
I, personally, sell my art on Society6, which also earns me passive income with my designs. That's a two-for-one for you artists out there!
3. Human billboarding (totally a word I just made up)
Yeah, really. Advertising site Nomad came up with a crazy-smart A.I. driven algorithm that deploys a slew of marketers to prime advertising locations, like college campuses and sporting events. All you have to do is have a tablet and strap it to your backpack.
According to The Seattle Times, walkers make around $10 to $20 an hour.
What else?
I know there are tons of weird side hustles out there. What's on the top of your list? Share them in the comments!
