BOINC Release 7.16

There is a new BOINC version ready to download

We got a new BOINC release to crunch with on Windows and Mac OS X.

Until now the recommended version was 7.14.2 for Windows, released on 11th October 2018, and 7.14.4 for Mac OS X, released on 31st March 2020.

Also the shipped version of VirtualBox got updated from 5.2.8 to 6.0.14, so consider upgrading to this new major release as well.
