Once being at the University I did not have a class and I went home because the other class was in the afternoon and I would not do anything at the University, to have almost 5 hours of leisure, at home I would take advantage of them more. But not everything was rosy, it was my turn to cook, because mom would be late from work and I had to solve to eat and leave again to classes and that lunch was ready for my brother and return soon eat and leave again to the University too.

The instructions were simple, chop everything, and sauté the seasonings, but here everything changed, the onion had to be cut into julienne strips, at that time I did not know what it was, and I did not know what it was, and I did not have the light bulb to look it up on Google, but well I called and my mother told me, chop it into small pieces, and throw that in there, in the end everything will be cooked, of course in julienne according to how it was better or gave it another presentation, but that is already a vice, I told her, in the end we are going to eat it anyway, why invent so much.

Una vez estando en la Universidad no tuve una clase y me fui a la casa porque la otra clase era en la tarde y no haría nada en la Universidad, para tener casi 5 horas de ocio, en casa las aprovecharía más. Pero no todo era color rosa, me tocó cocinar, porque mamá saldría tarde del trabajo y yo tenía que resolver para comer y salir nuevamente a clases y que el almuerzo estuviera listo para que mi hermano y regresara pronto comiera y saliera nuevamente a la Universidad también.

Las instrucciones eran sencillas picar todo, y los aliños sofreírlos, pero aquí cambiaba todo, la cebolla tenía que cortarlas en julianas, para aquel tiempo no sabía que era, y tampoco se me prendió el bombillo para buscarlo en Google, pero bueno llamé y mi madre me dijo, pícalo en pedacitos, y echa eso ahí, al final se va a cocinar todo, claro en juliana según quedaba mejor o le daba otra presentación, pero eso ya es vicio, le dije yo, al final como sea nos lo vamos a comer, para que inventar tanto.
