How to motivate yourself:
You have to create a routine and do it every single day , you have to push yourself to the limil. Don’t be lazy get up early and do your job , go to the gym creat a routine that you like and do it every day. When you get up in the morning and complete a task , that will motivate you to go and do another thing , so at the end of the day you see how much work you have done and feel a sense of pride.
To get your day started more easily you can create a power ritual , that will provide you mindless way to initiate your behavior and it will start your habits easier.
Set everyday goals :
Make a list of things you want to achieve , so every morning you get up and chase your goals , dreams and at the end of the day you will feel great , because you are one step closer to the thing you want.
