Does anyone know how to return stuck Bitcoin on Block Explorer???

I have recently made 2 transactions from Coinbase towards a sathosipoint btc atm to withdraw cash but I didn't receive the confirmation text for any of my transactions

Can anyone give some hints or someone that specialises in stuck Bitcoin
