eToro signed with seven Premier League clubs an advertisment agreement

The famous trading platform eToro and seven clubs from Premier League, one of the richest championship in the world, signed an advertisement agreement using as paying currency Bitcoin!
The seven clubs are Tottenham Hotspur FC, Leicester City FC, Crystal Palace FC, Southampton FC, Newcastle United FC, Cardiff City FC and Brighton & Hove Albion FC.
The agreements not only involve advertisements, which will be hosted and displayed in the stadiums, but also aim at integrating blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in football business. Details have not been revealed but probably these partnerships will focus on setting up a new tickets buying and tracking system. Also the Union of European Football Associations, aka UEFA, has confirmed that it implemented a new ticketing system blockchain based, doing the first steps toward what will be the development direction for football business in the next years.
